SPEED SPEED SPEED
Some sites make you wait a while before you can preview the beat..make sure your players are fast...other sites let you download the beat..and only pay if you use it...those annoying tags suck..let the beat be so that people can actually write a hit and maybe buy it when they are ready to actually use it.

okay, will keep this in mind as far as the songs (jams) that users will upload. remember, jambuzzer isn’t a beat site such as aaronbeats.com, but speed is always an important factor to keep in mind, so i will ask for your feedback on the speed of the site when we get it rollin’

i totally agree. not only will it help the artists(jammers) of jambuzzer create better quality music for your fans, but will also make us stand out as a quality site and keep fans coming back to hear more from all of you.
I will look into getting more resources for you all, and will post videos and articles as well as techniques for creating better music.

Offer artists audio feedback to improve skills
Artists post on several sites without any feedback to knowing if they have areas of oppurtunity. The should be some quality control. The industry allows artist to sell garbage if it is marketed correctly. I believe this should change. We need to make sure we make art for hip hop before she truly dies.

i’m not sure if i understand this one. are you saying you think beats should be on the site that is featuring you as an artist and your songs? or should that stay separate? let me know, this site is for your benefit as an artist and to help you push your music to fans.

Wouldn’t you want hundreds of people to be updated the moment you publish a news update? RSS feeds aren’t a new concept yet it’s rarely used by bands and record labels. Though many music fans may not use RSS Feed Readers to follow their bands, enough would if bands and labels made them
If more label and band websites made RSS feeds available, music blogs would have an easier time staying updated and finding your news updates without having to visit your site. Consider that if a typical music blog covers 1,000 bands each year (I made that number up… more

A random song button for each genre so the buzzers dont have to manually select each song
So when I am select a specific genre to listen to, I do not have to select a specific song, I can push a button and it chooses a song for me, allowing me to randomize what artists I am listening to, instead of the way the search only shows the most buzzed songs.

iphone App
JamBuzzer would benefit greatly in having its own iphone/ipod Touch App. Artists could network on the go. Make sure and make it available for free.

A way to email the artist and tell them what was wrong with their lyrics and tempo and what they should do to step their game up to the next level.

allow people to "favorite" songs like on youtube.
This would allow people to have a directory of their favorite songs on their profile so that they have quick access back to those songs, and also so that they can display what type of music they like, etc.
